Challenges of contemporary United Europe make that our Alma Mater realises the rules of high quality education, professionalism and partnership. It also prepares well-qualified specialists, who are able to fulfil the requirements of modern economy in the following branches: effective business management as well as human potential, informative engineering, e-business, inter-human communication, sociology and international relations.

International relations are one of the most dynamic activities of the Academy, which is an active member of the international network of co-operating educational institutions in EU and other countries. This co-operation covers intense academic research, conferences and seminars, teacher and student exchange within international agreements, most of which are implemented with the EU support. Students are also engaged in student exchange in the range of European programmes such as: Tempus, Phare, Socrates Erasmus.

Our students use the most modern multimedia means, achieve different English and German certificates for example: Certificate of London Chamber of Commerce and Industry - LCCI, European Language Certificates- TELC, in the field of IT – the Certificate of Microsoft Certified Professional – MCP.

More than three hundred academic staff assure high level of teaching as well as scientific research. They are visible in effective methods of teaching, organising many scientific conferences, international co-operation, which raise the level of scientific works and Academy’s development.

Trying to fulfil contemporary requirements of education, our Academy, not only targets on scientific and didactic activities but also, as the only institution of higher education in Poland, it has developed the educational package of Leaders’ School, Career Office and the award of Leader of a Year, which open a career path for the young elite of our region.

The Academy of Business in Dąbrowa Górnicza possesses a new modern campus. Students have at their disposal: audiovisual and computer laboratories, multimedia library and sports facilities.
