Management is a two-year, full-time master's programme at Lazarski University in Warsaw, taught in English, with two specialisations: Marketing Management and Project Management. It is aimed at graduates who want to move into leadership, either in marketing or in running complex projects.
On the marketing route you look at how organisations build a brand, look after customer relationships and compete responsibly on global markets. The aim is to prepare you to work where strategy, innovation and market-driven decisions meet, and you also meet topics such as green marketing and marketing in the MICE sector.
The project route is organised around the life of a project. Besides the core subjects you study knowledge management, sales negotiations, sustainable development and start-up management, so you see projects as part of a wider business.
Two specialisations
Teaching leans on practice. Marketing students sharpen their data analysis and planning skills and take part in networking with industry, while Project Management students work through simulations that mirror real situations and learn from academic-practitioners in small groups. Both routes end with an internship in the final semester. Timetables are built so that a job or another field of study can run alongside.
Credentials are part of the offer:
On the project side you can grow towards delivery management or a project management office, while marketing graduates find work in analytics, communication, social media, PR, online advertising, e-commerce and consultancy.
