Why study it:

E-Commerce is a specialisation within the Information Management programme at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJAIT). It is for you if you want to understand selling on the Internet from both the business and the technical side.

Programme: business and technical sales skills

You gain business and technical knowledge and skills in designing, implementing and operating sales systems on the Internet. The specialisation builds on a programme that links management, economics and IT, so you learn to see an online shop both as a company and as a system that has to work. You choose it in the fifth semester of full-time studies.

Specialisation: thesis examples

Thesis topics

  • TourismImplementation of e-commerce solutions in a tourism company – a case study
  • Online shopApplication of e-commerce solutions based on the example of a company's online store

After graduation: online sales careers

You can find employment in e-commerce departments, in companies that trade via the Internet and electronic tools, and in companies that design and implement e-commerce solutions. Typical positions are e-commerce specialist, e-commerce analyst, e-commerce project coordinator, Internet marketing specialist and administrator of Internet sales support platforms.
