Computer Science (Master's) at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJAIT) is a full-time second-cycle programme taught in English. It is for engineering graduates who want to deepen their knowledge in one chosen area of IT.
The master's programme lets you develop specialised expertise, take part in advanced research projects and work with industry partners on real technological challenges. Classes are taught by researchers and IT industry experts.
The curriculum keeps mathematics close to practice, because it helps you understand algorithms, data analysis and artificial intelligence. Once the deadline for the questionnaire has passed, the decision cannot be changed, so it is worth choosing your area with care and thinking about your future career first.
Each student chooses one specialised area, or two at once, by completing a questionnaire. The areas are:
Depending on your area, you can work as a business analyst, system analyst, database designer, software engineer, project manager, cloud services designer, DevOps engineer or mobile application developer. Employers include software companies, banks, insurers, telecommunications operators and cloud service providers.
If you prefer research, you can continue at the PJAIT Doctoral School and work with the international academic community and industry partners.
