The Master’s degree in Management at the University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz (AHE) is taught in English and ends with a master’s title. It is designed for graduates who want to develop advanced managerial competencies and prepare for leadership roles in business, public administration and international organisations.

Programme: teams, projects and intellectual capital

Students work on real-life case studies and take part in workshops and project-based learning. The programme deepens your knowledge and skills in:

soft skills, which the teaching process puts particular emphasis on, especially for managerial positions

The Internal Control and Internal Audit path leads towards compliance and audit roles, while Social Potential Management prepares future HR and people management professionals.

Management

Management (or managing) is the administration of an organization, whether it is a business, a not-for-profit organization, or government body. Management includes the activities of setting the strategy of an organization and coordinating the efforts of its employees (or of volunteers) to accomplish its objectives through the application of available resources, such as financial, natural, technological, and human resources. The term "management" may also refer to those people who manage an organization.
