Management at the Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration in Gdynia (WSAiB) is a first-cycle programme leading to a Bachelor's degree. It suits you if you want to understand how enterprises and public institutions are run and how to solve the problems they face – and you want to study in English, in an international group. You can study full-time, part-time or online.
You acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in management sciences and related fields. You learn to recognise, diagnose and solve problems in managing human, material and financial resources, and you gain the managerial qualifications needed to run a manufacturing or service company or to lead people in government and local administration units. Knowledge of economics, accounting and finance, broadened by logistics and marketing, lets you assess a company's financial situation on your own. Management skills and strategic planning show you how to improve its position on the market.
At this level you choose between two specialisations: Global Logistics, which focuses on international supply chains and transport, and International Business, which focuses on entering foreign markets and running a global company.
The university works with the Pomorski Employers organisation on conferences, seminars and student placements.
Besides English as the language of instruction, you can add one more language:
As a graduate with a BA in Management you are prepared to work in international enterprises, international trade companies, agencies and public offices handling international business entities, and international companies represented in Poland.
The programme also targets Polish companies connected with foreign markets, where you can join sales, marketing or quality control departments, logistic centres or financial centres.
