Do you want to know about all types of diet and learn how to assess the positive and potentially negative impact on the human body?  By choosing a degree in dietetics you will gain the knowledge of the principles of human nutrition in relation to  age, health or employment undertaken by an individual.  In addition you will study nutritional values, the quality and calorific value of individual components and the principles of food processing, including the conditions for food serving and distribution.

You will study the nutritional requirements for children, young people and the elderly. The skills you will gain include the planning and assessment of nutrition in mass nutrition establishments, particularly the closed types of establishments, such as kindergartens, hospitals or wellness centers. You will be able to arrange a menu and balance the components when required.
