Chodkowska University was founded in 1992 by Helena Chodkowska who devoted her whole life to educating and teaching young Poles.  Chodkowska University is continually ranked as one of the best private universities in Poland. 

Our University has enjoyed 17 years of achievements, has incredible human capital and huge development potential.  Over these 17 years we have managed to build a university that gives its students a solid education and thus a great start to their professional life.  We endeavor to give them knowledge comprising many fields so that they can receive an interdisciplinary education providing them with a better chance on the difficult labour market both in Poland and internationally.

Chodkowska University was the first private university to obtain the right to offer an MA program in the Department of Management and Marketing.  At present we offer 6 programs: Management, Finance and Accounting, International Relations, Internal Security, Law,  and Administration.  In the near future we expect to receive approval to add Psychology.  We educate at the level of BA and MA and also offer post-graduate and MBA studies.  We aim at excellence in education as well as attractiveness and marketability of our programs.  We are extremely market sensitive and constantly adjust our offer to its requirements. 

We want Chodkowska graduates, thanks to the education acquired during their studies, to be successful and thus achieve the prestige and respect of the environment they live and work in.  It is possible for talented students to receive additional support.  Chodkowska University rewards those students who excel in their studies,  get involved in extracurricular activities which help them to improve their skills and acquire experience and knowledge.

We strive at all times to do our best to assist our graduates in becoming well-educated specialists, prepared for work in Poland and Europe, as well as the whole world.  Therefore we undertake to educate in both theory and practice, to teach them to communicate freely and confidently in foreign languages, specially in English, and to make use of  basic computer applications and the internet.  Our students can also take advantage of studying in foreign universities within the framework of international exchange.  At present our University cooperates with over 20 prestigious universities in the world.  We have come to the conclusion that it is a very important part of students' comprehensive education, shaping their attitudes and character.  International experience will give them better preparation and  greater freedom.
